📌 Job Description – Speech & Language Pathologist / Therapist
MFF is hiring a qualified and compassionate Speech & Language Pathologist / Therapist to join its clinical team. The selected candidate will work with children and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and communication disorders.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children with communication challenges
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on diagnostic evaluations
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Promote inclusive communication strategies in educational settings
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical or educational experience
- Skills:

- Proficiency in assessment and therapy planning
- Documentation and progress tracking
- Empathy, patience, and child-focused approach
