🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
🔹 Manager (Islamabad)
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering or Social Sciences (HEC recognized)
- Experience: 10 years in productivity-related projects, 3 years in project management
🔹 Deputy Manager (Karachi & Islamabad)
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering or Social Sciences
- Experience: 7 years in productivity enhancement, digitalization, automation, AI; 2 years supervisory role
🔹 Assistant Manager (Lahore)
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering or Social Sciences
- Experience: 5 years in productivity training, business development, marketing
🔹 Management Associate (Islamabad)
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Engineering or Social Sciences
- Experience: 2 years in Administration/Human Resources in national/international organizations
🔹 Assistant Manager IT (Islamabad)
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years in website management, digital platforms, supporting digital transformation
🔹 Driver (Islamabad)
- Education: Primary pass
- Experience: 2 years driving experience with valid LTV license
🎯 Age Limits
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years (varies by position)
